November 21st – Apartment Update

Phew!  It has been a busy week.  Between working forty hours a week, showing the house a couple of times, and baking for a birthday party, I have had little time to take pictures of the apartment, much less blog about it!  So here is the great room as of this afternoon.

We are getting CLOSE!  Justin has been working on trim and hanging doors this past week.  The electrical work is finished (Hooray! No more work-lights!), and carpeting is down in the bedrooms.  Today was spent painting more baseboard and trim, windowsills, etc.  Putzy, time-consuming projects that still make a big impact.

We’re hoping to start moving things in as the week progresses.  We’ll see how far along we get!
